"Excellent location and standard. The sofa bed wasn’t fit for purpose though. We complained and they said they’d address it but nothing was done. Very uncomfortable for our children to sleep on. They finally came with a thin mattress topper at nearly midnight on the second night which didn’t really make a difference. Not ideal at all so wouldn’t recommend booking a room with a sofa bed. Apart from that, the stay was great."

"This hotel is very special. It optimises the Danish way of living. Relaxed, clean lines, hyggerligt throughout. Our large room with opera room had everything. Great design layout. Super cozy bed. Cleaner than clean. Reception staff (Patrick initially as our meet and greet) were all exceptional. Nothing was a problem. When I mentioned I had a bad cold the housekeeper came up with flavoured tea and tissues. So so kind. The location is perfect too. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main city but close enough (less than 10 mins) to walk. Breakfast was delicious. Staff always smiling and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Great job one and all. Don’t just stay in your room. Make a point of sitting in the cozy areas of the hotel. You’ll thank us!!!!!"
