"Our stay at the Inn at St. James Court was one of the highlights of our trip. Pat is an incredible host who has truly mastered the art of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us like old friends and she loves animals as much as us. She made us feel completely at home in her beautiful home. The inn is warm, comfortable, and full of charm, with thoughtful touches that show how much Pat cares about her guests. Every morning started with a delicious breakfast and wonderful conversation, making the experience feel personal rather than just another place to stay. It was close to the Conrad Caldwell Mansion and the Kentucky Derby. If you're looking for more than just a room—if you want a place where you'll feel genuinely welcomed and cared for—I can't recommend the Inn at St. James Court enough. Thank you, Pat, for your kindness, your hospitality, and for making our visit so memorable. We hope to return again someday!"

"This is a beautiful historic home. The area is nice. Plus we found a couple really good restaurants.. We had a great time in Louisville.. The stairs were a bit challenging for some of us. The host provided quite a bit of personal items for us to use, which were great. We felt at home.."

"Our group stayed here from June 26–29, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! From the moment we arrived, the house felt welcoming, comfortable, and like a home away from home. It was spotless, well-equipped, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax after our days exploring Louisville.The location was absolutely perfect! Everything was conveniently close, making it easy to enjoy everything Louisville has to offer without spending our vacation sitting in traffic.One of our favorite parts of the trip was coming back to the house each evening to unwind, share a drink, and laugh about the day's adventures. The home had everything we needed and made our stay even more memorable.If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located place to experience Louisville, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful. I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in Louisville."
