"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Izzy's flat and our first introduction to the Old Louisville neighborhood. The location is great, right across from Central Park, and it was easy to walk to the Art Show we were attending as well as neighborhood restaurants and attractions. The flat was warm and cozy (loved all the ambient accent lighting) and the 2nd floor covered deck facing west was my favorite spot to wrap up the day. Izzy has supplied many basics that you don't always see in other rentals (spices, coffee pods, water in the fridge, specialty ice cubes and glasses for that bourbon you picked up, toiletries in the shower, etc) that made it feel a bit more like staying at a friend's guest cottage than a rental. Izzy was very responsive and helpful with any question we had. Plan to return to explore the neighborhood even more!"

"This is a great home for a large group! 6 bedrooms with excellent beds. 5 fully updated bathrooms. Lots of gathering space. Nicely decorated with both modern and classic touches. Property owners/managers were great to work with and proactively encouraged us to report any problems of which we noted a few minor things not needing immediate attention. This is a classic home in a quintessential Louisville neighborhood yet walking distance to Univ. of Louisville campus and super convenient to Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Expo Center. Our group of 11 would definitely stay again!"

"This was a fabulous home away from home on our multi-family trip to Louisville. We will definitely stay here again - it was convenient, cozy, and cute as can be! From the welcome candy to the binder of recommended restaurants and things to do - we felt very cared for during our stay. The home is very comfortable - nice linens, excellent bath care products, and the kitchen is extremely well equipped - coffee pot and kuring, with coffee, filters, sweeteners. As far as location - we were within a 10 minute Uber to the Expo center, Muhammad Ali Museum, Nulu (which was super fun!), and 2 hole-in-the-wall sports bar/restaurants were within a 5 minute WALK. We loved sitting by the fire pit after a long day - and the owners even provided smores kits (we opted for wine and bourbon instead). 10/10, 5 Stars, Don't hesitate - just book it!"
