Another Great Stay!

This is my home away from home when visiting Williams College. The home and surrounds are simply amazing; the perfect environment for remote work, hosting family for dinner or simply relaxing. Fast becoming a tradition for us!

60th bday girls getaway

A warm a wonderful getaway. This was a beautiful and relaxing place to spend the weekend if you are seeing a show at the Colonial Theater. We loved the comfort, the hot tub and the attention to detail put into the esthetic. Very responsive host.

New Years Getaway

Another great stay!

We have stayed at Hearts Desire at least once a year since 2021. The hot tub, big beds, comfy couch, huge TV, spacious bath and well appointed kitchen make this place a 10 out of 10. Communicative and gracious host, as well :) Thank you for another fantastic stay!

Great Place in the Berkshires

This is my favorite spot to stay for an extended period of time. The home has everything you need to work and relax, is close to shopping and close to Williams College. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very Nice Stay

We had a very comfortable and unfortunately short stay while skiing for a couple days. The rental was very clean and had plenty of room for my family of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing and its convenience close to Jiminy Peak.

Our Heart's Desire too!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and loved it again. This has become our go to place to stay for our Berkshires adventures. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, private (the garden center was not open while we were there in Feb.), and great location!

Perfect for Tanglewood!

Perfect in Every Way!

This was our 4th stay in Hearts Desire. The location is beautiful and quiet at night. The home is wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. Bed is super comfortable. Did I mention that it's our 4th stay here? So I guess we must love this place.

Lovely house, would stay again

This is a lovely house that is beautifully maintained and clean. The furniture is very comfortable and clean, making it lovely to hang out inside if you want to. And the hot tub is an added bonus. Communication with Erich was very easy, clear and timely. We would happily stay here again.

Home Away From Home

Hearts Desire has become my home away from home when visiting my daughter at Williams. Further, she and her friends can come visit for a home cooked meal. Great location and the hot tub with coffee in the AM or with an old fashion in the evening became a ritual. Also great viewing of the fall colors. Will continue to make this my home when I visit New England.

Best place to stay in the Berkshires!

Hands down this was one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed at. The home is immaculately decorated and everything felt new. Loved the open great room feel and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed walking around the back of the property. The biggest mistake we made was booking the home for only two nights. We have friends who live nearby and next time we will stay much longer. Love what they did with this home!

Berkshire’s Hidden Gem

I absolutely loved this property! It was immaculate and had everything someone would need. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. I loved sitting out on the deck at night and watching the deer. The fire pit and the hot tub are a bonus. I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to return.

Perfect Getaway

We have been staying here at least once a year to ski at the nearby mountains for the past several years. The home is spotless and the amenities are top notch. The house has everything you need to cook a great meal, a huge TV for a cozy movie night, comfortable king beds and the awesome, squeaky clean hot tub. The home is far enough out of town so you feel like you're getting away, while being minutes away from attractions, restaurants and stores. Thank you for sharing your home! We're already looking forward to our next visit :)

A spacious rental

The property was exactly as listed, with spacious accommodation for up to 6 people. The setting is quiet and peaceful, yet very close to Lanesborough. There are limited restaurants there, which I knew beforehand, but many in Pittsfield and particularly in Lenox, a lovely small town. I’d happily stay here again.

Ideal Location in Berkshires

Had a truly fantastic 10-day stay and enjoyed every minute. The home is well kept, very comfortable and has everything you need for an extended stay. Close to trails and on 14 acres so you are in the middle of nature, but only 5 minutes from a Target and 22 minutes from Williamstown, so you have the best of both worlds. An incredible find and the check-in process smooth and simple. Can’t say enough about the property!

Perfect Location!

My mom and I did a mother/daughter trip to the Berkshires in October. Everything about this property is perfect! Location was 5/10 min from groceries/restaurants but felt like we were in the middle of nowhere. The house itself was very clean and so comfortable (the bed felt like a dream)! We spent our days exploring the surrounding towns and our evenings relaxing at he house. We saw deer in the mornings and 2 bald eagles! Thank you for the incredible stay!!

A Home Away From Home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “Hearts Desire”! Everything was set up for our relaxation and enjoyment! The weather outside was terrible but the atmosphere in the house was warms and so comfortable. We were able to enjoy watching the tv which sometimes doesn’t give many choices in some other stays. We are definitely getting the game “Fake News or Not”! Lots of fun. If we plan on visiting the area again, we will definitely return! Thank you!

Quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay, although we basically only slept and ate breakfast at the house (we were attending Solid Sound at MASS MoCA). Very clean, quiet, spacious, and comfy beds. My husband and 9-year-old loved the hot tub. The only quibble we had was the air fresheners (too many and too strongly-scented) but that was easily remedied by unplugging them.

Lovely house and location

The house was perfect for our stay to visit local family. All the kitchen basics are in place. Not a kitchen equipped for extensive cooking, baking or entertaining but perfectly suitable for take out, microwave meals and simple meal prep. The hot tub is nicely situated w/ fluffy towels and crocs. The views from the back deck are pretty.
