The Chickahominy River is waiting for you at this 4-bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom cottage. Conveniently located between Richmond (40 mins) and Williamsburg (20 mins) in the countryside of New Kent County/Lanexa. New Kent is best known for its wineries, Colonial Downs (horse racing/gaming), and history. The cottage is located in a quaint neighborhood perfect for biking, running, fishing, or swimming. There is a marina located in the neighborhood. Evenings are best spent on the decks watching the sunsets. There is a grill, basketball hoop, kayaks, canoe, and pedal boat on the property for your use. Bring your boat! Boats can be parked under boathouse but the lift is not included. All water activities are at your own risk. Owners will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries.
