"We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. The staff members are all so welcoming and hospitable, and helped us to arrange a tour and transportation which was much appreciated! Our room was beautiful, with a private pool overlooking the rice paddies. It was such a relaxing, serene hotel and I would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Pu Luong!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

Getting to the hotel was easy thanks to their complimentary shuttle service, which runs about every 30 minutes and doesn’t require a reservation. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."
