"This was a beautiful hotel. The building has so many precious embellishments like flowers and plants everywhere and a koi pond. The walkways are beautiful. The rooms are very modern and updated. The views of Dalat are fabulous. The breakfast buffet was perfect for our family of 5. We loved our stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. This hotel is off a quiet street in Dalat. What a wonderful experience for the whole family. Thanks Canary Hotel!! "

"The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had. It was off season so we got a good deal on the Presidential suite... the suite covers an ENTIRE floor with balconies on two sides. It has two complete separate bedrooms and a shared sitting area. The second bathroom is out in the hallway. It was VERY nice for our family. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance on the same street, and easy to take Grab to tourist areas, most not far away. I recommend staying here."

"our room was really dirty. we arrived around 7:00 pm. the coffee spoon had a hair. they did not clean our room properly. there were some small balloons from previous guest in the wardrobe. the water was leaking in the bathroom a whole night. there were so many mosquitoes. we would not recommend this hotel. "This sweet little villa us quite near Da Lat market and the lake, and the golf course, and the city's best brewpub. It's quiet and full of lively art works and antique clocks. Nice swimming pool. I had a lovely stay here... I shall return! "

But other aspects of the hotel were also great. The room, the included breakfast, and the staff were all wonderful. They really care about you and bend over backwards to make you happy. "
