Prettig en ruim huis, gelegen in een gewone woonwijk, dus niet op een resort. Winkels en strand op loopafstand. Enig minpuntje is dat de verhuurders heel erg wantrouwend zijn. Je krijgt een hele lijst met "do's en don'ts" en moet overal expliciet aangeven overal aansprakelijk voor te zijn. Zelfs als je dit huis al eerder hebt gehuurd. Ook moet je een waarborgsom betalen, die je pas weken later (tegen een ongunstiger koers) terugkrijgt. We hebben al meerdere huizen in Zuid-Afrika gehuurd, maar nergens doet men het zo. Het komt niet gastvrij over.
