"Das hotel war eigentlich ganz gut. Das abendessen war sehr gut und das Frühstück auch sehr lecker. Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war das bett eine Katastrophe, sobald man sich gedreht hat, war es am quietschen und knacken, was den schlaf sehr beeinträchtigt hat. Die Matratze war durch gelegen. In der dusche lagen haare im Abfluss und in der dusche an der silikon naht überall schwarze schimmel flecke. Am wasch becken klebte irgendwas, als wäre was ausgelaufen gewesen. "The hotel was nice. Right on the promenade. It rained while we were there but there was a sun room for breakfast which was lovely. The breakfast was good. Rooms very clean and spacious. Parking was definitely an issue. I chatted online about driving in when I first booked. Then called to have a conversation about the stay and again mentioned parking and we had a rental. When we came to check in there was no record of parking. We were lucky the hotel next door was able to offer a spot. "

"this hotel does not have AC so summer nights are hot and sensitive people can't sleep. our room faced the inside area where many birds are constantly active - so it's loud. and because we had to open the window due to heat, we could not sleep due to the noise. breakfast was ok, but not special. very large hotel and very busy"

"The hotel is located in front of a nice lake. I consider this hotel as a hidden gem. Is very beautiful and comfortable. Staff is customer oriented specially the lady at the frontdesk she is amazing. We arrived late in the night after a long trip from Denmark and she always had the best attitude. The breakfast is very tasty and complete. Super recommended."
