Ich war schon zweimal in diesem Hotel, es ist immer absolut sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist der Wahnsinn! Habe nie woanders was besseres gegessen und mehr Auswahl gehabt. Die Lage ist sowieso der Hammer, direkt Zentral, direkt am Wasserturm, manche Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Turm. Insgesamt eine 10/10 👍

Hotel liegt sehr zentral und der Strand ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Das wird aber mit einem nicht unerheblichen Lärmpegel bis ca. 0:00Uhr erkauft (wenn die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße zeigen). Aber: Ohrenstöpsel lagen ja im Zimmer bereit! (O.G. Punkt ist nur informativ zu verstehen, keine Kritik). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Leider müssen wir bezüglich Service hier Abstriche machen. An 4 von 5 Aufenthaltstagen war die Bedienung "ausgesprochen friesisch herb". Gebrauchtes Geschirr wurde überhaupt nicht abgeräumt. An einem Tag hatten wir eine sehr freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung, es war sehr angenehm! Ein übler Abwassergeruch hat sich besonders abends im Zimmer bemerkbar gemacht. Meine Beschwerde wurde mit dem Hinweis beantwortet, dass die Kanalisation auf der Insel ja nicht so tief liegen kann wie auf dem Festland. Die richtige Antwort müsste lauten: die Entlüftung der Abwasserleitungen im Hotel ist mangelhaft. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Schrank. Die Größe des WCs ist "minimalistisch". Die Einrichtung des Zimmers empfanden wir als angenehm geschmackvoll. Insgesamt sollten sich die o.g. Mängel nicht in einem **** Hotel wiederfinden.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Die Lage direkt hinter den Dünen, die schönen Zimmer mit Terasse und bequemen Sofa, die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das sehr leckere Frühstücksbuffet und Essen hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Insel Langeoog mit der entspannten Atmosphäre tat ihr Übriges dazu. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir haben dieses Hotel nur für den Saunabereich genutzt, dieser kostet allerdings noch mal 15 € extra und war ausgebucht, dies wurde bei der Auswahl in hotels.com nicht gezeigt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht besonders freundlich und ist doch nicht auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen, wir würden beim nächsten Mal wieder ins Hotel Colin gehen, hier ist der Service deutlich besser.

Es ist ein sehr schlichtes 4 * Hotel, das Zimmer mit Terrasse ist gut, alles Andere nur Durchschnitt, die Sauna ist für 2 Personen (mehr passen auch nicht rein) ok, allerdings ist der zusätzlich Preis für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse schon frech. Das Frühstück ist ok, auch hier für diese Preisklasse auch nur schlicht.

Zimmer sehr klein. Badezimmer ohne Tür, nur am abgeteilten WC eine Glasschiebetür. Der Safe lag unbefestigt in einem Regal in Knöchelhöhe. Housekeeping grenzwertig (Wollmäuse unter dem Bett, verschlissene Bettwäsche mit Rissen und Laken mit Loch). Alles in allem wurde das Zimmer einem 4-Sternehaus nicht gerecht. Dafür war das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und motiviert.

Standardzimmer, zur Vorderseite abends unruhig. Offenes Bad mit Dusche in Ordnung - abgetrenntes WC viel zu klein! Das Reinigungspersonal gab sich nicht besonders viel Mühe (Mülleimer nicht entleert, Bettzeug mit großem Loch), Sauna kostenpflichtig, großes Frühstück herausragend! Abendkarte übersichtlich aber schmackhaft, Cocktails empfehlenswert! Insgesamt ein gut bis durchschnittliches Hotel in bester Lage. Leider entspricht es m. E. nicht einem Hotel der vier Sterne Kategorie.

Ursprünglich hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, leider ist bei der Buchung ein Übermittlungsfehler aufgetreten... Zimmer ohne Balkon bekommen, aber 15 % Rabatt... Schade, denn wir hatten uns wirklich auf den Balkon gefreut. Unser Zimmer lag im ersten Stock, mit Blick auf eine Seitenstraße. Die Wände sind so dünn, dass wir von unseren Nachbarzimmern alles mitbekommen haben. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es lag ein Taschentuch/Stofffetzen (dieser war nicht von uns!!) während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unter einem Nachttisch... Man kann jeden Tag individuell entscheiden, ob das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll oder nicht. Wenn man nicht jeden Tag sein Zimmer reinigen lässt, bekommt man angeblich einen 5 Euro Gutschein in hoteleigenen Restaurant. Darauf wurden wir nicht hingewiesen und haben solch einen auch nie erhalten. Wirklich schade. Betten und Zustand des Zimmer waren wirklich gut. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Personal war immer höflich und aufmerksam. Leider befindet sich das Frühstücksbuffet in einem separaten kleinen Raum, zu den Stoßzeiten kann es dort schon ziemlich hektisch zugehen. Unsere Fahhräder konnten wir hinter dem Hotel problemlos abstellen. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel mit Verbesserung nach oben.
