The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are just 300 metres away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Recreational activities such as the popular seawater adventure pool, the golf club, and the kitesurfing school are all within easy walking distance.

This barrier-free, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living and sleeping area features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave with grill function, as well as a double bed, a sofa bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a radio.
