The property is lovely and Kip is a lovely person, she insisted on driving me to and from the grocery store to pick up provisions before my son arrived with the car. I highly recommend this property.

The suite was perfect for us. Everything seemed new and very modern. We were visiting family at Royal Bay and location was perfect. Also very close to many restaurants and shopping.
