"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable bed. As weather was very hot we were glad a fan was provided for the room. We had our evening meals in the restaurant for the 2 nights we were there,lovely food and plentiful. Hotel was within walking distance of parks and Carlisle city centre."

"Stayed here 6 yrs ago before we got msrried do decided to stay again for our anniversary. Hotel is perfectly situated for both the motorway and Gretna. Despite being at a service station it's quiet enough to not disturb your sleep. Rooms are clean and functional and perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower."
