Hotel is good (3 out of 5) However, some of my friends need to continuously going up and back to the counter because malfunction key card was given by the staff.

Room was terrible , bad stay experience !
Receptionist was rude and not helpful upon arrival.They asked us to move to other building instead of staying in original building ( opposite of the hotel) Expedia should tell us the truth and inform us the category of the room that we have book! Room was super small. We not going to stay at this hotel anymore.

全てではないけどレベルが低い
多分別館だったのがまずかったのか、まず従業員自ら深夜までうるさい。多分近所の知人とのしゃべってる。タバコの煙も部屋に入る。 幹線道路沿いなので深夜の整備不良が改造車の騒音が酷い。 近所のカラオケらしき騒音も深夜まで聞こえた。 部屋の中に関しては、ティッシュが切れてて、補充もない。シャワーからの湯がぬるい。
