    Situé à 20 mètres de la mer, entre Caen et les plages historiques du Débarquement (Juno et Sword Beach). Pas besoin de voiture pour rejoindre l'eau : la plage commence quasiment à la porte.

    Au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble de 2 étages, cet appartement est ancien et en état d'usage. Le mobilier n'est pas neuf — il est fonctionnel, choisi pour l'usage plutôt que pour la photo. Vous trouverez quelques imperfections propres à un bâti ancien (huisseries, sols, finitions) : rien qui empêche un séjour confortable.
