Bien que l'hotel soit acceuillant, et de qualité, j'ai été fort surpris de me voir demandé le paiement d'une taxe supplémentaire, lorsque j'ai sollicité à prendre possession de ma chambre un peu lus tôt que prévue. Bien que cette taxe soit prévue dans le cas ou une chambre n'est pas erendue dans les temps, il n'est rien prévue dans l'autre sens. Cependant le personnel est acceuillant et souriant. La chambre est vaste et confortable.

Tout c'est très bien passé. L'accueil etait chaleureux, la chambre etait tres spacieuse et propre. Il manquait juste une bouilloire pour se préparer un thé en fin de journée. La piscine etait top également !

Points forts : - Emplacement est top - Très bon petit dej - Piscine grande est propre Un seul point négatif: l'absence de savon dans la salle de bain, réclamation faite à la réception mais il n'était pas possible de nous fournir du savon, il fallait se servir de gel douche, pas du tout pratique vu son emplacement au-dessus de la baignoire ...

Les photos du site sont plus attractives, l’état des chambres n’est pas en cohérence avec la réception et le service petit déjeuner. Dans la chambre forte odeur d'humidité, moisissures besoin de rafraîchissement, le groom des chambres voisines claques. Les balcons étant fumeurs l’odeur est présente idem pour l’espace fumeur situé à l’entrée de l’hôtel. La température de la piscine est parfaite par contre vestiaire trop petit pour se changer et sauna en panne.

J’ai eu la malheureusement surprise de ne pas avoir d’eau chaude dans ma chambre. Malgré le fait que cela était un besoin de pouvoir prendre une douche, l’hôtel ne m’a pas changé de chambre et encore moins proposé une solution. Je trouve cela très moyen d’autant plus que l’établissement n’était pas au complet. Et pour information, j’ai demandé à 3 autres clients que j’ai croisé s’ils avaient de l’eau chaude et ils m’ont tous répondu par l’affirmative.

Un cours de d'aquagym avec un coach et 3 personnes le lundi matin. (exterieur à l'hôtel) Beaucoup de bruit avec la sono à fond. et des personnes incorrectes. J'ai réservé votre hôtel pour la piscine entre autre. La moindre des corrections serait de prévenir les clients de l'hôtel. Très mauvaise expérience. Je vais le signaler sur les avis consommateurs

ATTENTION DIFFICILE D'OBTENIR UNE FACTURE

Très décu. Ma réservation étant faites sur votre site, le brit hotel ne voulez pas me donner une facture du montant réglé en cb soit 458.57 euros. sachant que hotels.com ou expédia, ne peut édité une facture ce qui est bien dommage. Donc, en insistant , j'ai tout de même pu obtenir une facture. Je ne remetrai plus les pieds dans cet hotel.
