"Pros: Very nice house. The Owners were accommodating with our late arrival and helpful with any issues we had. The house is beautiful with spectacular views from the rooftop terrace. Location was perfect, right down the street from bars and restaurants. Absolutely loved this place and will book again. Cons: Only negatives about our stay was the power went an hour into our stay. The owners were helpful in getting the issue resolved. Upon arrival they let us know that the Wifi wasn't working...

"We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Carmen Granada. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to many of Granada’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. One of the highlights of our stay was the magnificent rooftop pool and bar, where we enjoyed beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, amazing rooftop area, excellent breakfast and good amenities. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada"

"The location of this hotel can't be topped! So easy to explore Granada and the Alhambra from here. The facilities are a little dated, so it's hard to keep it looking clean--stained grout in the shower for example, and the towels are not so fluffy and white as they once were. My kids loved that our suite had an upstairs with a spiral staircase! When we needed to escape the heat, that was perfect entertainment. The AC was excellent, but the beds needed more layers--there were only sheets, no duvets. Cathy at the front desk was an AMAZING asset! She's super helpful and wonderful to chat with."

"The hotel is basic, but clean and good for one night. Air conditioning was functioning perfectly. Breakfast needs at least 1 gluten free option and the staff need training on gluten free requirements. The main issue with our stay was the swimming pool. Nowhere on the listing did it say the pool is open to the public. This meant the pool was extremely busy and it was impossible to find a sun lounger or even a space to sit."

"The location is perfect . Your walking distance from the Alhambra and great tapas restaurants and shopping . The hotel has an excellent pool and restaurant. They were quick to fix an issues with our AC. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also nice with a wide variety of options ."
