"I really enjoyed my stay at this property! The place was very clean and well-kept, which made it super comfortable. "I really loved this property but one issue i had was when the cleaning people came, they threw my retainers away and when trying to contact the company they were rude and not helpful at all. They basically told me they didn’t do it and it was my fault. They are 1000 dollars and they did not have a care in the world that this was their fault. Hard to love a place when they treated me like this after my stay."

"A very unique property in an amazing location! Maria was amazingly helpful and very attentive whenever we needed anything. She helped us with organising quad bikes and transport from the port. The welcome gifts in the fridge were amazing! And the cleaning lady was absolutely lovely when we arrived. The only thing I would mention is that the bathroom is in need of an upgrade after this tourism season. "

"Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!"
