It is a good hotel, recommended.
the room is a little small compare with other five-star hotel. the main road in front of the main gate is not very good and it’s not convenient to get to the high-way. The food if good. The environment is clean and good.

It all went wrong when we arrived, because they did not have our prepaid reservation and we had to wait for over 30 minutes to get a room. The room is relatively small, but clean. The food is just average, no vegetables at the breakfast. Only few reception clerks speak English or Russian, the rest just the local language. They have really good massage in the SPA. But we did not use a medical center.( so no idea about one) Even the check out took much time, because the person in charge was away for 30 minutes.

Very Nice hotel!!
Very nice hotel with good facilities and very clean. My only comment would be to have better access to the outside seating area for breakfast, there is only an emergency door and was not easy to use while carrying food and drinks. Food was good and staff were very helpful, we'll be back in the summer.....I hope the outdoor pool will be open!!

Nice place to stay
This was a nice spot in Lankaran region of Azerbaijan. We had great service from a waiter named Qismet. We look forward to visiting the hotel again in the future.

Highly recommended to stay
The hotel is a great place to relax and forget about everything. The staff is extremely helpful, Spa is clean, the food is delicious. There is nice playground for children as well outside at the hotel area. Overall me and my husband were very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect hotel!
Excellent customer service, front desk staff were gorgeous; I requested the room change because of view and they agreed without hesitation. Room was clean; comfortable beds. Food was delicious and I was satisfied with variety as well. Additional entertainment is available for kids. Overall highly recommended place.
