La maison et le jardin sont encore mieux que sur les photos. Et la cuisine très très bien équipée. On est vraiment au calme. Et très bien situé pour explorer la région.

Logement très très sale

Nous sommes arrivés en avance avec l’accord du propriétaire avec qui nous avions convenu que nous laisserions s la femme de ménage travailler et que nous mangerions dehors sur la terrasse car nos enfants commençaient un stage de voile le jour de notre arrivée à 14h. Nous avions aussi nos chiens. Mais voilà, la femme de ménage n’est jamais venue et le Rdc n’a jamais été nettoyé, des restes de nourriture dans l’évier, un sol horrible, un frigo très sale, des moutons partout, les poubelles de salle de bain non vidées et une très mauvaise odeur. Et le pire un goupillon de toilettes qui macérait dans les excréments … Le propriétaire nous a envoyé sans nous prévenir, le voisin fermier qui est rentré sans s’annoncer et a pénétré dans s la maison sans aucune considération qui était seule avec les chiens qui auraient pu le mordre . Ne m’a pas adressé la parole . Incroyable !!! Le propriétaire ne semblait pas très concerné par tout cela. Il nous a simplement remboursé les frais de ménage.

Semaine à Lanmérin - Petit coin de tranquillité

Très belle région toujours appréciée Location très spacieuse tant en intérieur qu'en extérieur, bien équipée en vaisselle et ustensiles. Terrasse en bois avec tables et chaises très appréciée. Idéale pour grande famille. Très au calme. On peut sillonner la région s'en faire trop de route. Commerces et grandes surfaces pas très éloignés. Un point particulier : attacher beaucoup plus de soin au ménage et nettoyage (ex : machine à laver le linge nécessiterait d'être nettoyée très à fond - bacs à produits très encrassés et mauvaises odeurs).

Wundervolles Feriendomizil

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem tollen Ferienhaus in der Bretagne. Es bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt, sowohl an Ausstattung innen als auch außen - beispielsweise Grill mit Kohle, Holzterrasse, viel Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, gute Betten, tolle Dusche…… und vor allem Ruhe auf einem netten Grundstück durch die Alleinlage, was wir als sehr entspannend empfunden haben. Trotzdem erreicht man mit dem Auto ruckzuck die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kleinere und größere Städtchen, Märkte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und die wunderbarsten Strände - perfekt für unseren Geschmack. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, der Empfang war hilfreich und informativ und die Kommunikation lief problemlos und Antworten erfolgten immer sehr schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

La mer à la campagne

Une maison idéale pour se réunir en famille, à la campagne, proche de la mer et avec tous les commerces de Lannion à 10 mn. Notre golden retriever a également apprécié le jardin totalement clos et sécurisé. Merci aux charmants propriétaires !

Maison très typique et très sympa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison typique de la Bretagne, le jardin clos est parfait pour des jeunes enfants. La situation est idéale, proche des plages, de Lannion, Treguier…
