Beautifully restored 17 th century manor house set in an acre of grounds with new 10 x 5 pool. The house is in a secluded spot in the country, not overlooked and yet only 5 mins drive from the village of Mézin with restaurants, bars and small supermarkets, and only 15 mins drive from the bustling historic market town of Nérac with its lively and highly reputed market, supermarkets and restaurants. Visit Henri IV chateau and stroll among the ancient trees beside the river in the parc Garenne.
Sleeping upto 14, it can easily accomodate 2 or 3 families. The perfect place to un-wind

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette belle maison en pierre. Spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle, elle est parfaite pour accueillir un grand groupe. La piscine et le jardin sont un vrai plus pour profiter des beaux jours. Merci à Martine et Bruno pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Un havre de paix

Superbe maison adaptée aux enfants. Petits et grands y trouvent leur compte. Piscine non chauffée. Pas de solution wifi à notre arrivée mais une box a été amenée durant le séjour avec une connection moyenne mais l essentiel de nos vacances n’était pas là! On a profité de l extérieur.

Tout est parfait, le lieu, la maison et les extérieurs. La literie est d'excellente qualité. Tout est accessible, propre et bien rangé. Piscine et terrasse couverte très agréable, le terrain est bien entretenu. Rien à dire d'autre que des compliments.

Nous avons passé 15 jours super (apart la météo) La maison est très grande et très agréable. Le terrain gigantesque est optimal pour les chiens. La piscine est top et l’abris couvert est super pratique pour manger dehors tout les jours peut importe la météo. Les propriétaires sont très gentil et a l’écoute, nous avons eu un soucis sur le barbecue, j’ai envoyé un SMS à la propriétaire en une heure, nous avions un barbecue tout neuf livrer à la maison. Nous avons eu quelques soucis d’électricité à cause des gros orage qui ont touché la région durant nos vacances et les propriétaires sont tout de suite venu régler le problème peut importe l’heure. Nous recommandons cette maison pour une grande famille ou des amis De plus, ce n’est pas très loin d’Agen (30 min) et à 2h de Bordeaux, de la dune du Pyla et des plages du sud ouest.

Nous avons loué cette superbe maison pour fêter mon anniversaire avec un groupe d'amis. La propriétaire est top, très bon échange avec elle. Le cadre etait juste magnifique avec la piscine, les transats, le barbecue... Bref super séjour, je recommande +++

Pas d'accueil Pas de clés maison ouverte 1 drap de bain pour 2, réclamation pour avoir plus de serviettes ( option linge +ménage payée en plus) À l'arrivée pas de papier toilette Électricité défectueuse ( prises salle à manger, chambre bleue,pas d' occultant sur le velux) Maison louée avec piscine ( inutilisable car non nettoyée ) Manque des petites cuillères... Pas de couvercle cocotte minutes... Pas de tri sélectif... C'est dommage car la région est magnifique, on voyage beaucoup, on aurait pu revenir er recommander le gîte.

Séjour très agréable grâce à l'accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Le gîte est propre, sain et grand pour 3 familles, en tout point conforme aux photos. La piscine fut un réel bonheur pour les enfants. L'ensemble est éloigné des autres habitations. A recommander vivement pour une pause entre amis ou en (grande) famille comme ce fut notre cas.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au calme loin de la foule de Paris. Ce fût très reposant et agréable grâce à la piscine , à l'espace de la maison ( nous étions 3 familles ) et au grand terrain que nos chiens ont également apprécié ( mais qui n'est pas clôturer. Un grand merci à Madame Rossi pour sa disponibilité.
