  • The "Lamarmette com" gîte offers a peaceful and serene stay in the heart of nature, 12 km from Bergerac, in a comfortable house overlooking a rural landscape. This four-star rated gîte, with its private swimming pool, electric vehicle charging point, and enclosed garden, provides a secluded retreat on a 10-hectare rural estate, allowing you to fully enjoy all the pleasures of the area and the Périgord region.

    The 150m² house has retained its old-world charm with its stone walls and period features, while incorporating all modern amenities for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

    For your comfort, there are two bedrooms with king-size beds and two bathrooms, a TV lounge, a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, and a large furnished veranda opening onto an enclosed garden (pets welcome), ideal for meals and relaxation.

    A 55m² private swimming pool with a removable cover awaits you, perfect for enjoying sunny days and cooling off in the summer. Parking on the property with a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station. Bed linen and towels included.

    2026 rates for the "Lamarmette com" gîte: €900 per week, €1800 per week in July and August, and a special offer for two weeks.

Ein mit viel Geschmack und Herzblut renoviertes Haus. Mitten in der Natur. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Morgens konnten wir die Rehe beobachten. Endlich mal ein Pool ohne Chlor. Die Pflanzen rund ums Haus sind ein Traum. Alles sehr nachhaltig und durchdacht. Absolut empfehlenswert.Danke für die Möglichkeit dieses Schmuckkästchen mieten zu dürfen

Wunderschönes Altes Landhaus mit Komfort und viel Platz

Je recommande chaudement la maison de vacances "La Marmette". Pour les amoureux de la nature, vous avez trouvé l'endroit parfait. La maison est spacieuse, décorée avec goût, très agréable à vivre, très bien équipée, et ultra propre: on se sent tout de suite chez soi.Un petit coin de paradis , une piscine immense, rien qu'à vous.... beaucoup d'espaces.

Le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé, La maison en pierres anciennes pleine de charme est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et la maison dispose de deux salles de bains. Les enfants se sont amusés dans le grand jardin et le préau qui offre une vue magnifique sur la campagne. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte pour tous ceux qui souhaitent se ressourcer au grand air et renouer avec la nature.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison de vacances située dans un cadre vraiment très agréable: maison typique dans le style de la région avec une jolie décoration et tout le confort que l'on peut espérer, le lieu est surtout très calme, seuls visiteurs du séjour les chevreuils et les chevaux. This beautifull farmhouse was all that the description says andso much more ... You cannot really put into words the feeling of tranquillity, you have to experience it. Everything has been thought of for guests, there is so much space, a really flexible place to stay. The setting and the wildlife took our breath away, we didn't really want to go anywhere but exploring the immediate area was a delight. Evening meals at the back of the farmhouse looking the fields whith horses were the perfect way to end each day.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine avec nos enfants dans cette maison. Sur place nous n'avons pas été déçus:la maison est typique de la région et très agréable et fonctionnelle, parfaitement équipée, la literie est particulièrement confortable. Le jardin très fleuri est très agréable ainsi que la piscine. Quelques pas et on est dans les forêts, avec des jolies promenades à faire. Et la région est évidemment très belle.

La location était tout à fait conforme aux photos, le propriétaire fort agréable présent pour la remise des clés. La maison est très confortable et très pratique même avec des jeunes enfants (8 ans et 4 ans), nous avons pu apprécier les journées ensoleillés en déjeunant dans le jardin pendant que les enfants profitaient pleinement des jeux mis à disposition. Sur les conseils du propriétaire, notre fille a pu apprécier la joie de passer une journée dans un magnifique ranch à proximité à monter à poney. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue, au milieu de la verdure avec des bains de soleil et parasols. La maison de vacances idéale.

Volledig geëquipeerd. De tuin is groot en staat vol prachtige bloemen. De woning is prachtig gelegen in een groene omgeving. De rust komt je tegemoet wanneer je er naar toe rijdt. in de omgeving vind je alles wat je nodig hebt. De eigenaar is supervriendelijk. Het zwembad werd door onze twee meisjes elke dag wel bezocht en ook de stallen met de paarden konden op heel wat aantrek rekenen.

Heerlijk charmant en licht huis met mooi zwembad

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit mooie charmante huis met bijhorend prive zwembad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prachtige serre. Binnen lekker koel terwijl het buiten dik 30 graden was. Het huis en interieur is up to date en leuk gestyled. Mooie tuin met mooie bloemen en verse kruiden. Het zwembad was heerlijk om in af te koelen. Alles was licht en schoon. Heerlijk om een week te verblijven als je van rust houdt en het goede Franse leven.

La maison est vraiment très agréable et confortable : il fait bon à y vivre tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Un beau cadre de vie avec le calme reposant des grands espaces. Nous avons pu découvrir les environs proches grâce aux multitudes sentiers de randonnées du secteur. Une mention particulière pour la chaleureuse auberge du village de Lanquais qui nous a accueillis à plusieurs reprises En un mot que du bonheur pendant une semaine.

La maison est tout juste parfaite, on trouve tout le confort nécessaire à des vacances de détente avec le charme décoratif en plus. L’environnement est vraiment très agréable tout comme la lumière le soir venu pour apprécier le couché de soleil avec un verre de Bergerac dans la véranda. Cette semaine en Périgord fut un vrai coup de cœur. La localisation de la location est parfaite car centrale, elle permet de bouger facilement pour les visites et dispose de nombreux sentiers de randonnées tout autour.

Je cherchais un gîte situé près du vignoble de Bergerac et avons repéré l'annonce de cette maison de vacances. Je suis particulièrement attentif à me retrouver dans des endroits où je me sens un peu chez moi quand je pars en vacances, et cela a été vraiment le cas : le gîte est grand, charmant et très bien équipé. Nous avons logé à cinq et il y a vraiment la place (en fait la maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes !) Le gîte est situé dans domaine rural sans aucune nuisance, et son jardin doit être parfait pour passer de belles soirées, avec sa terrasse et son barbecue en été... Environnement très paisible au cœur de la campagne avec la seule présence des chevaux.

Very nice week in ¨La Marmette gîte¨. The holiday house was an adorable cozy country home equipped with anything you might need. It was the perfect place for us and our baby. The yard allowed for our dog to play all day outside, and the area offered trails and many places to explore. The owner was very attentive and helpful. Thank you for this lovely week in Dordogne. Nous avons passé 8 jours en famille au gîte . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la situation de cette maison au vert avec les chevaux, le chat ...Les jeux et la piscine ont fait des heureux! La maison est très pratique, rien ne manque : Wifi et télévisons (dont une dédiée aux dvd une bonne idée), radio, jeux…. Le confort est bien au rendez-vous. Beaucoup de choses à visiter dans cette belle région du Périgord Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
