The new renovated apartment consists of a living / bedroom and a bedroom, kitchenette, separate entrance, shower, toilet, hallway, and terrace. Our house has underfloor heating. You have a wonderful view of the golf course and our garden, as well as the Tyrolean mountains. Far from the noise, you can recharge your batteries here.

For golfers, hikers, recreation seekers, families, seniors and all nature lovers - a paradise. 15 minutes walk to Innsbruck. Bathing lake in the immediate vicinity. Our house is located directly on the Lauf + hiking route of Innsbruck. Alpine Wellness Lans offers free guided mountain hikes in summer, and a ski bus is available free of charge in winter.
