"Crystal responded very quickly (within an hour) to provide me with check-in instructions. The place looks exactly like the pictures, smelled amazing, and was very clean. I had a small get together for my partner’s birthday and we played pool as well as card games at the poker table. "We ended up pivoting to the Lord Baltimore after a scheduling snafu with the other accommodations that we had booked for our week in Baltimore and hoped for the best! The hotel is beautiful, each inch adorned with art deco style of the time that it was built. The room was very warm upon our arrival, however the A/C got us cooled down after closing the blinds. The elevators were a bit shaky, but the overall vibe was beautiful. All of the staff that we encountered were very helpful and extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again."
