Staff was great, rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great! Trash was always in the parking lot and no cigarette butt ash trays, stop smoking in front of building, looks bad. But pool was great, it was quite and bed was comfy and tv had lots of channels. 4 and half stars and enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years because I have family in Lansing ! I noticed it’s under new management based off of the staff the other owners staff were verbal and friendly just made you feel welcome ! I was just there weekend before last and I’m spending this weekend there but I’m sorry I’m going to give another hotel a try !

This was a very nice hotel. It appeared to be relatively newly renovated. The breakfast was really nice. Parking was acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pictures provided do not reflect the property. It is in need of a renovation. They staff though pleasant are not helpful rooms. Water stains on the ceilings warn carpets. Not at all like the pictures

Stayed for one night, the room had a slight cigarette smell but overall was pretty clean. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. Good for a cheap option close to MSU. Would stay again, but would ask for a different room next time.

I didn’t stay, I checked in but had an emergency and to immediately leave. Can I please get a refund. I reached out to the manager and they said it was nothing they could do because it was booked through a third party, they said it was up to you guys to refund.

The rooms were very smelly. Cabinets drawers were damaged and falling apart. Floors are very dirty. Had to move rooms the smell was so bad. Would have switched hotels but had a flight in the morning and it was very inconvenient to move to another hotel. Upset I had to pay for such bad accommodations.

The positive first. The staff was great! Very responsive and helpful when asked for assistance. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Negative is the riff raff around the facility and the room size. Room was incredibly small. The worst was the fact there was a very impaired woman in the lobby. I was unsure of her impairment until she dropped a crack pipe in front of me in the lobby. Also, I know it was graduation weekend but not worth the $400 for one night I would not recommend this hotel until they get the unwelcome traffic under control.

Tell about 12am kidsyelling and screaming and pounding and stumping then after that it was the adults turn to have there fun you could smell weed and we was close to front desk so they had to of knew pounding on doors and doors slamming all through the night yelling and im shure fighting
