We reserved a room with two beds and couch for 5 people. When we got to the room, it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. It was the last room with two beds. We had to pay for a second room. One of the rooms didn’t have working air conditioning. After talking with the manager, they refused to credit us for the second room. The evening staff was very nice and apologized for the trouble. The main area of the hotel had nice seating areas and there was a hot breakfast.

The refrigerator wasn't working in our original room. The front desk staff moved us to another room immediately without any issues. That room was great! Clean. Great rate. They even refunded us when we decided to head home a day early. I would stay there again.

My stay was great!! They are very accommodating to any requests. The staff is very kind and courteous to their guests. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Snacks are a bit pricey, but there are stores nearby for a bigger selection. Breakfast hit the spot in the morning before I had to leave for work. Waffles are my favorite so that was a plus for me, you can make your own. Location is close to the highway, and it’s perfectly centered between restaurants, stores and fun activities surrounding the area. Plenty of places to park if you’re traveling for sporting events and need to park charter buses. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you’re traveling or just a staycation. I’d give them 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, this is a decent hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The only drawback was the stained couch in our room—it wasn’t very comfortable and could really use replacing. Aside from that, we had no complaints. Would I stay here again? For the price we paid, absolutely.

We were really excited to stay at this hotel as it had great reviews but unfortunately didn't meet our expectations. We didn't have water in the shower and toilet at some point, beds were stained, garbage under the sofa bed, dirty vents. Not so friendly reception and kitchen staff. Overall we would not be back here.
