The person that checked us in went above and beyond. I wish I could remember her name. The hotel is in good location and it is clean. It just needs a bit of updating. Otherwise I would recommend.

Small, but comfy!

Visiting family in Lansiing, Mi. with my daughter. We had a two bedrm suite. It was older, but very neat and clean. Small kithenette had everything you would need. including a coffee maker, toaster, oven, and dishwasher. Beds were very comfy. The bathroom was small, including the toilet, but very clean.

The hotel was VERY expensive for what you got. The staff were great, and the rooms were fairly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. However, the walls, ceilings and floors are VERY thin, and you can hear everyone above, beside and below you - in addition to outside activities and conversations. This would be a fine hotel for half the price. It was outrageously priced for the quality of construction.
