trés belle résidence

emplacement idéal pour visiter les environs en moins de 30 mm, magasins pas loin, marcheur ou non il y en a pour tous le monde, trÚs calme, avec le soleil c'est mieux mais en temps de pluie il y a toujours de quoi s'occuper

Stilvoll renoviertes großzĂŒgiges Haus in ruhiger Lage - sehr zu empfehlen -- fortement recommandĂ©

Dieses großzĂŒgige, stilvoll renovierte Haus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und großem Garten lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und von dort kann die Halbinsel Crozon hervorragend entdeckt werden. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen vor Ort und genossen die gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, den großen Wohn- und Essraum mit langer Tafel. Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls liebevoll gestaltet und alles war bestens hergerichtet. Auf jeder Etage ist eine Toilette mit Waschbecken und in Erdgeschoss und 1 Etage mit zusĂ€tzlich mit einer Dusche. Alle RĂ€ume sind hell und freundlich, in bestem Zustand und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wurden herzlich von der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin empfangen. Bei Fragen war sie jederzeit ansprechbar und sah freundlich darĂŒber hinweg, dass wir leider kein Französisch sprechen können. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und danken unserer Vermieterin sehr fĂŒr die schönen Tage in ihrem Haus! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Excellent !

Tout était trÚs bien. Martine est trÚs sympathique ! La maison est spacieuse et trÚs bien équipée. La grande terrasse permet de manger dehors et de profiter du soleil. Beaucoup de belles randonnées et de beaux sites à découvrir aux environs. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout voir, nous reviendrons chez Martine avec grand plaisir !

Situé dans un hameau charmant, magnifique vue sur la campagne. On a bien apprécié ce gßte car il est propre et grand et pratique pour visiter les alentours. L'hÎte nous a donné des conseils de balades, ce qui fût agréable.

Agréable propriété

La propriĂ©tĂ© Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs agrĂ©able : tout le nĂ©cessaire pour l'extĂ©rieur : barbecue, parasol, bains de soleil, salon de jardin. Une situation Ă  la campagne, isolĂ©e des grands axes pour une tranquilitĂ© assurĂ©e. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Seul bĂ©mol : l'isolation entre les Ă©tages. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la gentillesse et la disponibilitĂ© de Martine. Une bien belle maison pour des vacances au top ! À recommander

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in extrem ruhiger Lage

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfĂŒllt. Wir haben zwei abwechslungsreiche Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und sind nach unseren AusflĂŒgen immer wieder gern dorthin zurĂŒckgekehrt. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und auch die Schlafzimmer sind groß. Ausflugsziele und Wanderwege in der nĂ€heren und weiteren Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden. Was man beachten muss: - Das Haus ist, wie schon von fast allen anderen angemerkt, extrem hellhörig. Normale Unterhaltungen versteht man ĂŒber die Etagen hinweg. Nach außen hin ist es sehr gut schallisoliert. Das Einzige, was in dieser abgelegenen Lage bei offenem Fenster die Nachtruhe "stören" könnte, sind die nĂ€chtlichen Rufe der Kröten. - HandtĂŒcher sind nicht inbegriffen, lediglich in den BĂ€dern gibt es je eins fĂŒr die HĂ€nde. - BettwĂ€sche sollte man mieten und das vor der Ankunft ankĂŒndigen. Wir gingen davon aus, dass die inbegriffen ist. Unsere hĂ€tte aber sowieso nicht gepasst. Der Preis dafĂŒr wird nicht wie bei FeWo-direkt angegeben pro Zimmer und Nacht berechnet, sondern pro Zimmer fĂŒr die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer und ist somit o. k. - Das Haus liegt zwar in einer Siedlung, die zu LanvĂ©oc, gehört, diese ist aber so klein und abseits gelegen und ohne jegliche Infrastruktur, dass man ein Auto braucht, schon um sich morgens Brot zu besorgen. Der nĂ€chste Supermarkt und die nĂ€chste BĂ€ckerei ligen auch nicht in LanvĂ©oc, sondern ein paar Kilometer sĂŒdlich. - Das Meer liegt nicht weit entfernt, ist aber kaum zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Baden muss man das Auto nehmen und 10 - 15 Minuten zu einem der herrlichen StrĂ€nde fahren. - Das Haus ist fĂŒr 8 Personen geeignet, wobei eines der Betten eher ein Kinderbett ist. Auch haben wir einen zweiten großen Kochtopf vermisst. Wir wĂŒrden wiederkommen!

Heel fijne vakantiewoning

De woning is erg fijn - beter dan op de foto's! We waren met 4 volwassenen. Ieder had een eigen slaapverdieping met eigen wc. De bedden zijn zeer goed. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Enige minpuntjes zijn het trage internet en dat het huis gehorig is. Maar dat zijn kleine dingetjes. Geweldige week gehad! We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen door Martine. Ze stond direct klaar met informatie en wilde ons indien nodig helpen met het reserveren van een restaurant (ons Frans is niet zo goed). De keuken is goed uitgerust. De tuin en het terras zijn erg ruim - heel fijn dus! Voor dit huis moet je overigens wel een auto tot je beschikking hebben om de prachtige omgeving te verkennen en boodschappen te doen. Dank je wel Martine voor de fijne ontvangst en we willen graag nog een keertje terugkomen!

Maison de vacances parfaite pour 8 personnes. L'intérieur est spacieux, trÚs bien équipé et tout le monde a pu bénéficier d'un vrai couchage avec une bonne literie. L'exterieur est grand, calme et agréable.

Maison trĂšs spacieuse. PropretĂ© irrĂ©prochable, maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas! TrĂšs bon accueil, Martine est Ă  l’écoute et Ă  rĂ©pondu trĂšs vite Ă  mes questions. Une petite remarque, un peu bruyant entre les Ă©tages. TrĂšs bonne localisation.
