"Excellent hotel within walking distance to the center of town. The buffet breakfast was amazing with Vietnamese and Western choices. The restaurant overlooked the valley. I had a massage followed by a Vietnamese herbal bath which was truly heavenly. The staff were always gracious and polite. My room very spacious with a marvelous valley view. I extended my stay for another 3 days because I loved this hotel. Thanks to Anna at reception, I was able to do this. She not only organized a smooth room transition while I was on a tour but also my massages. She was awesome and when I am back in Sapa in December, I plan on staying here again."
