None of the listed amenities actually exist. No pool. No spa. Horrible location way out on the edge of town. On the positive side, the girl at the front desk was very helpful. She helped me get a train ticket out of Lao Cai. I was going to stay three nights but left after one. Also the bed was nice and comfortable after a few weeks of hard traveling. Oh, and there was supposed to be a free breakfast but there was no cook so it consisted of a cup of really bad cold coffee. Unless you just want a cozy room to crash for a night. Do not book this hotel.

Kun kirjauduimme hotelliin he väittivät ensi että minulla ei ole varausta. Tämän jälkeen ku löydettiinkin minun varaus he sanoivat että pahoittelut että he ovat jo täynnä. Ja koska en ole maksanut hotelli huonettani niin en voi jäädä tänne. No sitten kun he tajusivat että minä olin jo maksanut kaiken löytyi vihdoinkin huone meille. Kaikesta vaikeaa tekee se että työntekijöistä kukaan ei puhu sanaakaan englantia. Henkilökunnan olisi hyvä muistaa että he ovat palvelu-alalla. Älä odota että saat edes tervehdystä kun kävelet aulan ohitse. Ehkä kyse on vain kielitaidon puutteesta ja uskalluksesta mutta kyllä nyt jotenkin pitää tervehtiä kun asiakas tulee hotelliinne sisälle. Kukaan ei ilmoittanut meille että moneltako aamupala alkaa ja loppuu. Menimme 09:05 ja meille sanottiin vihaisesti että aamupala on jo loppunut. Toisena aamuna pääsimme aamupalalle kun tiesimme että se tarjoillaan 09:00 asti. Menimme paikalle 08:55 ja saimme ruokaa. Aamupala on ihan ok. Hedelmiä, kahvia, phokeittoa. Pyydettäessä henkilökunta paistaa sinulle kananmunan. Kokonaisuutena 3/5 Hyvä hintalaatusuhde. Huone oli kiva.
