Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

We were upgraded to a suite by the events coordinator. The space was ample , with a kitchen, living room, large bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a tub, and a large balcony with seating. All the furniture was comfortable, but the room was somewhat dated. The restaurant was terrific, and breakfast was wonderful. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel were beatiful and quite grand. However the guest rooms could use some updating.

The staff were fantastic, my friend left her passport in the room and they called and messaged her immediately on finding it. Thank you for being so kind and responsible.
The gym was good and the bed super comfortable.
