Maison Laparade is an imposing 14th-century residence that has been restored with great attention to history and taste, transforming it into a luxurious holiday home offering complete privacy.<br>6 bedrooms and bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a walled courtyard garden with a pool and several cosy seating areas… Located in the village of Laparade, on one of the many hills in the beautiful countryside with a phenomenal view of the Lot Valley. <br>An oasis of peace and comfort with the authentic charm of the French countryside.<br><br>This house has room for everyone.<br><br>The kitchen is the heart of the home. Cooking enthusiasts will be in their element here (equipped with everything needed to cook at the highest level).<br><br>There are 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 of which have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a spacious separate bathroom on the ground floor and a smaller bathroom on the ground floor.<br><br>There is a reading room for book lovers with a TV and comfortable armchairs, a second living room that opens onto the courtyard, and a separate dining room with board games and a pinball machine.<br><br>Our lovely covered terrace offers a delightful spot in the morning sun and provides shelter from the afternoon heat. From here, you can look out onto the courtyard garden with a swimming pool.<br><br>The house has excellent internet coverage (fibre) and Wi-Fi access points are available throughout the house and garden.<br>You can watch your favourite TV shows via Google Chromecast and Google TV.<br><br>With a basketball court right outside the door and a playground just around the corner, the kids don’t have to go far to have fun. There’s also a ping-pong table in the small square in front of our house, and the village’s pétanque court is just 100 metres away. You can play tennis in nearby Castelmoron-sur-Lot. Water sports are available on the Lot River, and there are several golf courses in the area.<br><br>Laparade is known for offering the most beautiful view of the Lot Valley. From the small square in front of the house, you have a phenomenal view of the surrounding area. On some days, you can even see the peaks of the Pyrenees!<br><br>Bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen linens are included in the price.<br>Final cleaning is also included in the price.<br><br>​​A security deposit of 1,500&#8364; is required.
