"Wanted to stay at a place near Houghton & Higgins Lake for a quick, relaxing family trip. This place was perfect - the home was just as it was described, clean, well-stocked, and quiet. We had a few fires in the fire pit out back and some trips to Higgins Lake for swimming with the kiddos. The kids were thrilled that our dogs were allowed. Would definitely recommend this property. "
"Loved being right on the water. Beautiful and peaceful. The cottage was clean and updated. I gave a rating of 4 because we only had 2 towels and no washcloths (which we had to buy). My one important message to the owners. You really should install a security bar in the bathtub. My Husband and I had nothing to grab on to when sliding on the wet slippery tub. Thank you for letting us stay at your property and enjoying a stress free and relaxing vacation. Christina & James Louzon"
