"We checked in with no problems. The guest house was in a nice neighborhood. It was centrally located in New Holland. It was welcoming and comfortable. There was a short flight of steps from the entrance to the living room as well as a large step up in the bathroom. This should be considered. Overall a good experience. "

"Great hotel for the Lancaster area. Everything was neat and tidy. Staff was very helpful. If you’re in the area it’s a great hotel. Everything is within a short distance. "

"We stopped over for a quick night sleep and breakfast. Entrance way, first opinion, was full of bagged salt and a stored snowblower. All necessary equipment, but could have been stored another place. The frig for storing the yogurt and butter and such was in a corner and the door hinge was on the wrong side that couls easily been reversed. Also, this frig was cramped in the corner with a table hindering access. Small things like the manager's office door was open at the front desk and this office was a wreck. Not a professional first impression."

"The cottage is perfect for a couple's getaway and had everything we needed. The host even left a variety of snacks on the counter. We had a small issue with the heat that we probably caused, and host came right away and left us a treat for the hassle. We did not get to use the patio area or the hot tub in back, but it is really nice spot. "
