The staff at this hotel are amazing, and its biggest asset. Always polite, courteous and talked as though they were really invested in what your day had ahead. The area around the hotel is unfortunately under construction, however there were places to eat. The pool was closed at the hotel, however there is a pool and beach within 5/10 min walk (also free shuttle bus). The pool near the beach does not have a huge amount of loungers and the water was cloudy. The beach is man made and very pebbly. Breakfast was great, again amazing staff.

I was staying on the 17th floor when the earthquake struck..the hotel stood up very well and the staff were very professional and efficient..we were all rallied into the car park while engineers checked all safety on the building...the food is slso very good and the rooms are in good decor

Staff are very nice and reliable whenever I need my room to be clean in my convenient time. Door man’s are very polite and always cheerful when greeting the guests. It was too late for me to realize and have try the room service and the food was amazingly delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel. 🙂
