The room was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was perfect which was good for the Cebu weather. Overall good area and the cats outside were very cute. 10/10 would recommend.

Adequate at best, better hotels for same price
Adequate at best. Pictures online really made my room look amazing. I got the best room they offer and it was not very nice and very small. In addition there was constant construction going on all the time.

Really nice suite. Had everything you would ever want and more. Very well equipped and up to date. Really good restaurant and nice crowd there. I’d go back in a minute. Nicest room I’ve had in the Philippines in a long time. Office staff and owners are very nice.

A 5 min drive from the airport Cebu mactan airport, perfect for a short transit stay. Very clean service apartments. Also, the staff is really accommodative and helpful.

Customer service was amazing , fast and easy . On the outside you wouldn’t think it’s great but once you go inside it’s a new world , like 5 star level , top appliance , room was amazing top level clean, nice kitchen , bathroom was wow . I would recommend this to everyone.Best place I’ve stayed so far in Cebu .

Very unique 2 bedroom condo with upstairs..not enough towels or toilet paper. If you take your key with you it shuts off the power to the lights and air con. I didn’t like that part. Front desk was friendly enough . Fridge and kitchen were good. Nice little patio with washer . Did not try the pool. Would stay again though. Was nice walking distance to some stores and dining establishments. Just go during daylight hours . Some abandoned buildings in the neighborhood .

The wifi is the best I've seen in any hotel in the city. The room was comfortable...better than many of the more expensive hotels. Its a hidden Gem. I will return.

Workers were drilling and banging on top of us each day during the stay.Ants were all over the place.Staff were very nice and friendly.Room was good if there were no ants coming in from the door cracks and workers drilling all day.

Even from the pictures, i already like the ambiance of the property. I was amazed how amazing it is in person. I am planning to go back the next time i come home, but i will be bringing other family members and i know they will love it. We werent able to use the pool because we only had a short stay, but it would have been even more fun. Transportation wasnt a problem at all. One i think the only thing that i didnt like was that 1 cockroach that we found on the living room by the tv. But i know this wont stop me from coming back.

The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Tony , one of the owner is very amicable and always ready to drive us to the airport anytime of the day. The rooms are clean and has great amenities. It is very close to the airport too. You can just order food from the Italian restaurant in the ground floor.

Had a good stay at this property. The hotel room was clean and staff was friendly. The decor in the room was a great touch. I did get a few bug bites on my last night. They might have an insect issue or it may be due to us leaving food scraps in the trash which attracted the bugs. I I was also disappointed that there was no milk bar but I would book this place again.

We checked out an hour on the day we checked in, June 25. We feel unsafe, we were put in a room in between rooms that were being renovated. The place is dusty, workers that are doing renovations were all over the place. Your advertisement on this place is really an example of false advertising. Luxury suites? This place is not even closed.
