Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

very poor location - condo was clean and OK

Location was not as advertised : beach was only accessible if a large fee was paid: there is 1 swimming pool - not 4 : area has been destroyed by a typhoon within the last year so there is nothing close to the unit : no restaurants , no stores of any type : its a 1.5 km walk through a ghetto to get anywhere: the condo it self was clean and Maricis- our contact person , was exceptional: in general , the area has nothing to offer and the condo was vastly overpriced for the area it was in.

Very good

The placed was clean except the lights in the bathroom is too dark. We had fun and fun while staying this condo.Owner and caretaker was really good. They changed the microwave Right away :) Highly recommended .

Great deal !!

This was a great deal ! Ocean views , beach access , fitness center and 3 swimming pools . Very comfortable place with full kitchen .We looked around at other places and could not find anything this size with these amenities at this price , what a great deal we will be back soon , Thanks for a great stay

Nice quiet area with good lodging

The apartment/condo is in a development with two other properties. It is the third in order from the ocean, but those staying at Mirada have access to the others and is literally just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The unit was nice as were the owners. I would recommend this place for anyone looking to have a relaxing beach vacation for a reasonable price.

Great place. Edward was very responsive.

Very clean and neat. I was there on business. The rental is fairly new. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars: the kitchen was missing bowls, a can opener and a cork screw. Edward was very responsive. He was working on the kitchen stuff when I left. The building itself is functional if not swanky. I never made it down to the resort restaurant or beach but it looked nice. Fitness area was clean and functional. I would stay there again.
