Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The local staff and guards were excellent and friendly. I experienced serious communication problems with the listing agent, as he residing in the US , he never told me, the local staff had the same problem to reach him so we could not get in. Finally a local agent/owner(?) cleared up the mess and after a couple of hours( in the hot outside) we could occupy our rooms. If I knew the agent remotely works and not Filipino, I would have never booked the place. However as I stated the accommodation and staff, guards groundkeepers , building and units were outstanding, no regret. Bring snacks, drinks 'cos no stores or much services around there. Pool is clean and great.
