First of all, this review is for their location in Pusok, Lapu-lapu. If you are a Person With Disability (PWD), beware! There is a steep ramp leading to the main entrance. With regards to the room that they assigned us to, NOISY! That room is adjacent to a busy road fronting the building. Bring ear plugs. Their bathroom is okay with a shower curtain positioned so high it is not serving its purpose of keeping water out. With a wobbly towel holder too. The only thing good about here is the staff. The owner should consider staying overnight because it will help.

I really love my 2-day stay in your hotel for the following reasons: staff are warm and friendly, good housekeeping, good chef at your restaurant who prepared our breakfast meal, clean room & surrounding.

The staff was extremely nice and the breakfast was great. The wait to check in was over an hour and I arrived 15 minutes after the 2PM check in. The air conditioner was so loud that I had to use earplugs to sleep. If the A/C unit was updated, I'd give the hotel 4.25 stars.
This is the front of the hotel. Make sure you go to the correct location. My taxi took me to the second location. Luckily, the doorman alerted me before I took my bags. Luckily, the location was only a minute or two away.

Easy check-in. Nice and efficient staff. Internet was good in the lobby, not sufficient in the room, but wasn’t really needed because this was just a quick overnight stay before traveling. Very close to the airport and convenient for early morning travel. Free shuttle bus too!

Only stayed one night, but overall it was good! Staff was friendly, with someone almost always holding the door for anyone entering or exiting. Breakfast was delicious and had good variety. The room itself was pretty lack-luster. Just a small effeciency with no clear windows - only the glass cubes you can't actually see through. Bathroom was nice, with a spacious shower and shampoo dispenser, but no hand soap at the sink. Overall a good place to stay on business, where most your day is spent out in the city. About 10 minutes to the airport, and the Mall is just across and down the street, so very handy there!

Great budget hotel very close to the airport.

5 mins by free shuttle to airport. Hotel is new so everything is in good condition. No restaurant for bfast but there is a starbucks 5 mins away. A few nice restaurants easy walking distance. Road a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. Staff very helpful. There are 2 travelbee hotels make sure you go to the correct one.
