Clean rooms. Quiet facility. Staff was helpful at check in. Beds are really uncomfortable but as expected for a hotel. Rooms are a good size.

The rooms were very dirty!!!! Parking was not convenient. Cleaning staff tried to hurry us out of rooms over 3 hours before check out time!!!!

We were in town to drop of our son to the University of Wyoming. The location is just a short drive from the university with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Beds also comfortable, breakfast had a good selection of food and plenty of parking. The only issue was the firm alarm went off at 7a one of the mornings and kept going off every 5 minutes. Absolutely no direction was given from the staff and we along with other guests were just wandering aimlessly around not sure what to do. We finally found out that there was no emergency and that someone pulled the alarm as a prank. It took them about 30min for the staff to get the alarm to stop blaring and after a hard day of hard labor the night before we just wanted to sleep in. Besides this our stay was enjoyable and would return.

This is a high quality hotel, conveniently located from I-80 and while close to shopping, is very quiet. The staff were very accomodating when I arrived several hours before the usual check-in time after alerting them an hour beforehand.

It was an okay spot to stay. Check in was late and took forever and we had to get our keys fixed three times between the two days. Doesn’t really look like the photos (a little run down) and the pool was dirty. Staff was very sweet though

The window leaks and wasn't closed properly when it was 20 degrees and snowing outside. The fire alarm went off twice duriing the night which was terrifying. I will be contacting them directly for a partial refund.
