Quiet and cozy ranch home - 6 minutes from the University of Wyoming

  • Private location on the edge of town with ample parking, yet just a quick drive to the center of Laramie. A comfortable home that features a private backyard with a deck for grilling and hanging out. The kitchen is fully equipped for those family gatherings that seem to bring out the chef in everyone. Many activities make this home a fun stop over. The garage can be used as a rec room or for parking. The garage is great for playing ping pong or throwing darts while watching the game. Play a game of cornhole or one of several board games if that's not your thing. The living room is cozy and has a TV, PS5, and an HDMI input on the console so you can bring your own gaming system or streaming platform. Also includes a Bowflex Max Trainer for those looking for a quick workout. A ring doorbell is present on the front door and has a wireless chime inside the home.

    The home is situated on the edge of town with secluded street parking available on the side that can accommodate larger trailers.

    NOTE: The ranch home does have a few steps that need to be scaled prior to gaining access to each available doorway and is not wheelchair accessible.

Great place for family

We spent 3 nights and skied while we were out there and it was a great place to relax after skiing and close to all the things you could possibly need in town. Would definitely be interested in staying there the next time we come out.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. The kids loved the Play Station and ping pong. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen with ease and the location was conveniently close to the university.

Wonderful trip!

The house had everything that we needed for an incredible stay. Everything was clean and updated. It had a beautiful, fenced backyard for our dog. Would gladly stay there again in the future!

Great place! plenty of room and amenities! Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. super comfy beds. amazing kitchen! had some trouble with the wifi on the main tv but Cole communicated excellent and offered advice then rectified the issues quickly. Perfect place, will stay again next time were visiting!
