Quiet and cozy ranch home - 6 minutes from the University of Wyoming

  • Private location on the edge of town with ample parking, yet just a quick drive to the center of Laramie. A comfortable home that features a private backyard with a deck for grilling and hanging out. The kitchen is fully equipped for those family gatherings that seem to bring out the chef in everyone. Many activities make this home a fun stop over. The garage can be used as a rec room or for parking. The garage is great for playing ping pong or throwing darts while watching the game. Play a game of cornhole or one of several board games if that's not your thing. The living room is cozy and has a TV, PS5, and an HDMI input on the console so you can bring your own gaming system or streaming platform. Also includes a Bowflex Max Trainer for those looking for a quick workout. A ring doorbell is present on the front door and has a wireless chime inside the home.

    The home is situated on the edge of town with secluded street parking available on the side that can accommodate larger trailers.

    NOTE: The ranch home does have a few steps that need to be scaled prior to gaining access to each available doorway and is not wheelchair accessible.
