About this property

Cabin on the Big Sioux River with a 100 acre wood.

  • This a home that was built in 2012. It is outfitted with new everything, appliances, beds, furniture, gas grill, linens, everything.Very open floor plan with 25 foot ceiling in the great room. Huge 17 foot high fireplace in the great room. Open balcony above with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The walkout basement level is now finished, it now has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds and 3 couches. So there are five beds in all, a king sized one in the master bedroom, 2 queen sized beds in the upper loft area and 2 queen sized beds in the basement. hot tub out back. Huge deck off the great room. The back of the home faces SW overlooking the beautiful river valley. The lights of Sioux Falls can be seen in the distance 12 miles away.

Beautiful secluded cabin in the countryside, yet within easy commuting distance to Sioux Falls. Having coffee on the deck and watching the sunset while listening to the wildlife was a highlight.

The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we needed to prepare all of our meals. Plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. The host communicated quickly with me. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Great property and lots to do outside such as hiking, the River, and land to explore. Beautiful cabin with everything you need. Plenty of room to stay with multiple people.

We had an amazing stay at The Sanctuary. This is a beautiful space with everything you need for your visit. The views are amazing and the surrounding area is beautiful. Great Cabin Escape!
