"I left my dress in the closet by accident I called the main desk by the next hour I checked out and magically the dress disappeared, nobody knows where is it. It’s a simple dress imagine if it was high value item? I’ll never stay in here again, THIEVES. Also Samantha in the front desk has the worst customer service ever. "
