First time staying at that particular Holiday Inn. As usual with the chain, we had a very pleasant experience. Very polite and attentive staff, clean facilities, impeccable room, and a great breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend the place and look forward to stay there again next time I’m in Laredo.

The girl on front desk was kind and courteous, she even call to my room to confirm everything was good...I asked for first floor room (due to my husband brain surgery we try to avoid elevators and strays because the challenge that represent for him) and the girl did not hesitate to give us the room...I do not even explain why for my request. The room was spotless, the exercise room was clean and maybe the band on the treadmill need to be replace

A clean, friendly and quiet stay

It was a descent stay. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Location was quiet. Bed was hard but it seems most are anywhere we stay. City was under water boil notice so lack of ice machine working was an inconvenience. (Not hotel fault)

Painful business trip

I called earlies in the week and asked if their hot tub was working and they told me yes. i ask about the hot tub the day of reservation and again they said, " it was working" "no problem". I drove in after a long drive to find the hot tub not working. When I asked about the hot tub they mentioned, "yes it should be working but if not were sorry about it not working". Sounds like a good manager having well trained employees!
