In the south of the Ardèche, Sonja and Hannes warmly welcome you to their charming 3-star-rated stone house, which offers plenty of space for family and friends. Just a few minutes from Largentière, the former “Magnanerie” is located on the edge of a small hamlet along the “Ligne” River. Largentière is a very pretty medieval town with a castle and cobblestone streets along the river, nestled at the foot of the wild and romantic Tanargue Massif. In town, you’ll find all the shops and services you need, as well as a cosy weekly market that takes place on Tuesdays under shady plane trees, offering all the delicacies of the South.
In the small hamlet of Ginestet, nature lovers will find hiking trails just a few minutes away. Nearby, there are numerous outdoor activities such as rock climbing and swimming in the village of Balazuc, which is considered one of the most beautiful villages in France. A bike rental shop is located 3 minutes from the holiday rental and right on the Voie Verte. Other villages and attractions you should definitely explore include the Chauvet Cave in the Ardèche, the villages of Labeaume and Vogüé, and the Ardèche Gorge. The Ardèche River is a paradise for canoe and kayak enthusiasts. The natural rock arch “Le Pont d’Arc,” spanning the river, is simply breathtaking. In Vals-les-Bains, 25 minutes away, there’s a thermal spa, a casino, and a geyser in the spa gardens...
With its generous 180 square metres, “La Maison d’Anna Thémé” is ideal for a relaxing family holiday or fun-filled days with friends. This comfortable and spacious stone house—a former silkworm farm—accommodates up to 12 people and is nestled among the old, typical Mediterranean-style houses. Thanks to its location on the edge of the small hamlet, it also offers a magnificent view of the foothills of the Cévennes and the medieval castle of Montréal.
In the summer, you’ll have access to a beautiful terrace shaded by a linden tree, complete with patio furniture and a grill—perfect for unforgettable moments and a “life of luxury.”
A large property surrounded by hedges and featuring olive and cherry trees invites you to play or relax outdoors.

On the ground floor (ground floor) of the holiday home, you’ll find a large living-dining area with a living room (TV and wood-burning fireplace), a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for large groups!
You’ll also find a first bedroom (140 cm bed), a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a small storage room with a washing machine.
On the second floor, there is a relaxation area with a sofa and four additional bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), and one bedroom with four single beds (90 cm), which can be pushed together upon request. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet are also located on this floor.
A modern air conditioning system ensures comfortable temperatures and a restful night’s sleep, even during the hottest summer days.
