Close to Berder Island and the port of Larmor-Baden, this tastefully renovated 180 m² family home, with its elegant décor and verdant grounds, is surrounded by high stone walls, offering unforgettable moments with family and friends.
The ground floor comprises a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer drawers, and filter coffee maker), a first living room with a sofa and two armchairs, a second living room with a TV, Blu-ray player, and a sofa bed (190x140 cm) that can be used as a bedroom, and a dining room. There is a separate toilet with a washbasin, a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and washing machine (in a cupboard). A large 35 m² terrace with two awnings offers views of the grounds and glimpses of the Gulf of Morbihan through the trees. Garden furniture is provided.
Upstairs: four bedrooms, two of which each have two beds (one with a single bed (90x190cm) and the other with a very comfortable bunk bed underneath (80x190cm)), storage space, and two further bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190cm), storage space, two shower rooms with shower and sink, and separate toilets.
