The house is located in a quiet housing estate in Larmor Plage. In front of the house, small garden closed by a gate with a parking space in the driveway.

At the back of the house a pleasant landscaped garden, enclosed and not overlooked, with a beautiful terrace. All outdoor furniture is provided: garden furniture, parasol, coffee table, table and chairs for your meals and aperitifs in the summer:)

The house does not have a barbecue.
