Close to airport and nice restaurants along waterfront within walking distance. Rooms were small but clean and adequate for a night. Showers were alarmingly slippery with a marble tile floor.

Great rooms, mediocre staff and area

The hotel is lovely it’s newly renovated and it’s very very clean. The area around the hotel is very lack lustre, it’s pretty run down and there’s nothing to do. The staff were efficient but a little miserable and not very welcoming. However I would stay here again.

Good size room, very comfortable bed, modern bathroom, pleasant lounge and bar area. There was no space in the car park when we srrived but we were able to park on the street. Dinner buffet was disappointing- food looked as thought it had been around for some time and the main course was cold. Waiter was friendly and we had a free drink

Unfriendly bar staff

We stay in four star hotels all the time we have yet to come across one that dies not loan out wine glasses to its guests the barman I don't know why he had a very unfriendly manner told us no they were for his CLIENTS the bar was empty.my husband also asked he was told the same thing. People on Reception were competent.

Cockroach in shower upon checkin

When I arrived and wanted to take a shower I discovered a massive cockroach in the shower cabin. The staff was incredibly friendly and dealt with it promptly and sanitized the bathroom, but this unfortunately put a shadow on my stay. The room wasn’t exactly clean either - stains on the desk and a thick layer of dust and dirt under the bed. They were unable to move me to another room because the whole hotel was fully booked. Had it been earlier in the evening I would have probably changed hotels and asked for a refund. However, the friendly staff certainly deserves some credit and made it somewhat tolerable. The smell of the property isn’t exactly the best either. If you need a hotel by the airport and this is your only option go for it, otherwise I would stay somewhere else. Breakfast was decent.

Could Use Improvements

The hotel was fine. It was the reservation process that was terrible. I reserve for a cheaper price for 4 people and when I got to the hotel they said it was for only two people. Even after showing them the pictures So I ended up paying $160 extra for two additional people. We didn’t hardly eat the breakfast due to the fact the variety was limited and the employees were taking all the orange justice in large bottles. The cleanliness was excellent overall. The main bathroom in the lobby area needed a warning or better signs to watch your step due to the fact the my mom fell and sprain her hand because you don’t really see the step up part on the floor. And when coming out the bathroom I have to remember to step down due to the lack of warning I misjudged and almost went flying into the glass pane across the hall. Feel free to check the cameras to verify these statements. The front desk wasn’t too helpful. But the bartender John was great very friendly and attentive to details.

Dommage que l’hôtel soit si « loin » du centre-ville (20 minutes à pied pour aller au départ des city buses + 20 minutes retour). Par contre à 2 pas de la promenade bord de mer. Supérette à proximité. Accueil café + thé + eau en chambre + serviettes pour la piscine 👍👍 Très bon séjour.

Housekeeping noise since 8 a.m. i paid 10 euros extra for one more hour but i received so many calls asking me to check out at 12 when I already paid to checkout at 1pm. Then housekeeping tried to enter the room. I ended up spending the whole hour answering the phone and explaining that I paid 10 euros extra for late check out. I also heart my food in the sharp shower rail. I took a photo and showed it to the receptionist.

The room was perfect to our needs. Except some problems that were later fixed in the sofa bed, the stay was exactly what we expected. The breakfast was just right. The hotel is next to a bus station, close to the sea and restaurants and even a cool hair salon.
