Warm, friendly and clean

Clean and decent. Nice and quiet, but we were outside of school holidays - we had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time. Friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room - a great getaway.

Very good experience

Perfect stay in Larnaca. Great location, not noisy, nice room and bathroom but the best thing was the friendly and helpfull staff. Amazing pool where you could enjoy in peace. Everything near and it was easy to find a parking spot. 10/10 would recommend and book again.

Would choose it again

Stayed for four nights on a business trip. The location is good, close to the center of the old town and not far from the beach. Everyone working there showed great friendliness and were always polite and smiling. Rooms were clean and have all the amenities. Home-away-from-home atmosphere. Highly recommend the hotel!

The staff is welcoming and very responsive . The hotel public areas were very nicely decorated. The room was newly decorated and clean . The only issues to improve were some small things in the room like : the door for the bathroom was very difficult to open , there are almost no charging options and the lights switches in one side of the bed didn't work. I would definately reccomend the hotel for a stay in Larnaca.

First Stay at Lokal Botique Hotel,Larnaka, Cyprus

This was my first stay at Lokal Boutiqe. It was a great experience in every way. The accommodations were terrific. Breakfast was exceptional, and I would specifically like to acknowledge Iman for the great job she did. I used the pool on the roof and recommend it. I have visited Larnaka over 20 times, and this was the quietest room I've ever enjoyed while staying there.

Staff is very friendly. The property itself has some drawbacks - thin walls guarantee that a single noisy guest will prevent you from sleeping. Not enough lights in the room (so it is too dark). No parking. Location is good enough and again - very friendly staff

We’ve been there before; shortly after it opened, so that’s why we went back. It is still a quiet, comfortable hotel in the old town. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It’s an adult only hotel, so the management work hard to maintain peace and quiet. I have one criticism about the cleaning. The walkway to the new part of the hotel is glass and was always grubby, which let down the look of the place.

Likes: some of the staff were brilliant (receptionist when I arrived, breakfast host absolutely amazing). General hotel design. Dislikes: the other two receptionists I interacted with - nothing wrong at all, but not proactive and somewhat "deer in headlights". Would have hoped that the pool deck would have some umbrellas, or... well, anything beyond loungers and a small pool! Small fixes.

Nice property close to everything you need, rooms lacking in multiple ways , no fridge (Cyprus is hot country) small coffee only machine (did not use it) no fresh water or drinks in room daily (I guess because of no fridge in room) , breakfast is what they want to serve you and not really what you want , location as I said is great but super noisy , road noise is really bad as locals tend to drive their noisy cars round in circles in that area in the early evening and into the small hours, also right now there is building work on several buildings that are right across the road , on the plus side the hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and welcoming

Old rooms need a refurbishment...-

Excellent location wise although I wasn't so impressed with the room. We were in the old part of the hotel which unfortunately dark and and had a dingy feel. The bathroom light had a sensor which came on flooding the whole room which kept waking my husband up. perhaps not wise having glass walls? No head board on the bed, not enough plug sockets and no where to do hair and makeup. I would suggest asking for a room in the new part of the hotel which were wonderful with a lovely garden view! Lovely staff though.
