Vi hadde problemer med at rommet vårt hadde dårlig lukt, luktet kloak. Det er veldig lytt, så man kan høre veldig godt andre ved rommene ved deg. Men skal ikke klage, for den prisen var den nok forventet. Hotellet var plassert på en veldig bra sted, lett tilgjengelig. Et stort pluss var at faktisk wi-fi var veldig bra.

Got charged for air con and safe. Area is extremely loud and full of drunk people. There are better streets and strips to stay in Ayia Napa that are more suitable for a mature people. Felt like I was staying in a hostel.

Hatten dort schon 11 tolle Tage gehabt, sehr großes Zimmer aber schon dolle abegewohnt alles! Am letzten Tag wa es kein richtiger ausscheck Schlüssel abgegeben und das wa es und leider den ausweiss vergessen uns zurück zugeben und am Flughafen es erst bemerkt und flug verpasst da wir wieder zurück mussten und bei der reci es erzählt und sie nur Sorry!! Dann neuen flug gebucht für 80ü euro

Пыль на черном диване видна невооруженным глазом, не то чтобы я проверяю номера на чистоту. Платный кондиционер, 40 евро в неделю, при этом он работает, но нет пульта управления, не хочешь мерзнуть-плати, пледа у нас в номере не было. Номер просторный,несколько каналов местного ТВ, расположение удобное, в соседнем кафе музыка до 01:00 ночи.WIFI работает с переменным успехом. Пляж рядом на ремонте, к нему не подойти.

Overall stay was quite good. Positives: -Basic but spacious and clean open plan apartment on arrival. Located very close to the action, shops, restaurants,transport and walking distance to sea. -Wi-Fi provided. -Good water pressure in shower! Negatives: -Cleaning service does not meet it's own advertised cleaning schedule. I was asked to bring dirty towels to reception across the road before I received fresh towels on 3rd day late afternoon. Forgotten used bin bag left on the floor on one occasion. I'm not convinced the beds were made mid way through my stay. -Pay extra for air-con otherwise you can open window but definitely require earplugs! -Charged 55 euros for taxi (4.30 am) when advertised rate is 45 euros at reception. Conclusion: If some of the above can be improved then I would recommend to friends!

Удобное расположение, 7-10 минут пешком до нескольких пляжей, вокруг куча магазинов, кафе и баров. Из минусов отсутствие кондиционера по умолчанию. Ездили семьей с ребенком 3 года. Брали супериор, апарты хорошие, большая кухня-гостиная, ванная, спальня, балкон (даже, был виден кусочек моря))).Убираются каждый день, смена белья раз в 3 дня. Ресепшин всегда помогут, подскажут. Рядом автобусная остановка.

the hotel is terrible always the smell of food is inside the room the AC is very bad i killed every night 2 or 3 bees in the room. not practical at all for family with Kids i don't recommend this hotel at all

Had an amazing time

I want to say a. If thank you to the staff for their welcome and there great service. Me and my friends would chill outside for hours in the patio lounge make up a bunch of noise and laughter and they accommodated us with drinks and food. Even built great relationships with them and shared each others face books. Spacious rooms and decent cleaning! Deffo coming back next year

I asked to change room got a no, I asked for a refund to get told no, I asked to speak the manager to get told no it’s too late. He was rude inconsiderate was smirking at me whilst I was explaining the situation its concerns and the need for a refund to find somewhere else to stay for the night. He threatened to call the police on me because he didn't like the tone of my voice after jumping out of he’s seat shouting. This went on from 11pm-4am in the lobby where we had to stay due to the room being infested. We had to book another hotel as they refused to give me a refund. We returned the next day for a refund to get told no, we have not spent a night in this accommodation to be charged anything. They said they will upgrade our room, I didn't want an upgraded room in such conditions I just wanted a refund. I then again asked to speak to the manager and got declined and given a response of what the manager has ‘told them to say’ They refused so I left the booking and didn't stay and checked out on the last day without using the room. Moral of the story just because it looks nice doesn't mean it will be nice. NEVER AGAIN.
