The hotel is in a great place, has good wi fi and has a lot of parking spots but the towels were only changed twice during our 8 day stay.

Loved the layout and the view from number 15 (Salt Lakes). Plenty of room and amenities in the apartment. Nice pool and lovely family running them. 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you did not want to go into Larnaca (about 30min walk). A couple of supermarkets also in walking distance where we were able to buy anything we required.

We stayed two weeks here and it was one of the only places that had a fabulous pool. It’s is family run and is the original hotel in the area. It has bigger hotels around it but this does not take away the uniqueness of this establishment. The meals they make have are so good many of the locals eat there. I had a fabulous time there and spent some happy times sitting in there bar at night meeting other travellers. They were incredibly helpful too. I give my stay 10/10. Loved it

Breakfast was bad quality. Summer season and not a tomatoe was offered. Coffee was tasteless diluted water. Cafe bar service was dismal. Only one employee was efficient.

Very welcoming and accommodating. Small family hotel. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Rooms were cool both ceiling fan and air con, very spacious rooms with a patio area (with chairs and a table). Tv had no English channels but there was plenty to do. Table tennis, pool (snooker) and card games.

Dated, laid back hotel with nice pool & location
Despite being a dated Hotel, it is in quite good condition. The pool is very clean and the location is perfect for an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and even walking distance to the airport. The price offers good value for money. WIFI was adequate. However, "satellite" TV was useless. The 7 euro/ night extra charge for AC seems a bit excessive.

Small quiet with a pool apartments
If you want friendly and helpful, clean ,basis this is brill. we ate there good food, bar had a selection of drinks. And very close to airport but not noisy to spoilt your holiday. Close to lots of tourist places.

Great hotel close to beach
Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was close to beach and walk of about 20 mins into town with lots of places to eat on the way. Only mark down for me was the hotel food advertised as regional cuisine, this consisted entirely of the usual burger and chips etc. you can find anywhere and was the only small disappointment.

Adequate hotel that was good value for money.
The only minus point is that the toilet seat was cracked and not securely fastened down, this was not fixed despite being asked twice. The positives are that the apartments are absolutely fit for purpose, the rooms are adequate, the bar was good, the food was OK, and the location was ideal as it was quiet and a nice 20-minute walk into town. The main point to make is that it was good value for money.

Great accommodation in Larnaca!
Excellent accommodation near the beach. Very nice and large rooms which are equipped with everything you might need during your stay. 5-minute walk to the nearest beach and 10-minute drive to the city centre of Larnaca.

Very nice hotel near the beach
The staff were very nice. The hotel is family owned and they do an excellent job of running the hotel. The hotel is very clean and maintained. For what you get you cannot beat the price. It is close to MacKenzie Beach. The main part of Larnaca is a walk, but it is a nice walk down the boardwalk of the beach. There are small kiosk stores and restaurants nearby. I would not stay anywhere else when I return.

Impossible to stay in the apartment with purchasing A/C. Even though the price was stated as 7 euros on hotels.com website they charge you 10 euros. The beds are hard in Cyprus but they were really hard here. You can't really hear any noise form planes even though you are close to airport but the internal walls are very thin and you can hear people in rooms next to you. Also when people close the doors it echoes very badly. This happens all through the early morning and late night due to people staying here because it is close to airport. Cleanliness is not great as one of the beds in my room hadn't been changed as there was sand on the sheets. Check in took over an hour. Other than leaving the only positives are that there is plenty of parking and the pool is very clean

Great stay!!
Excellent location, we travelled to and from Larnaca airport. Walking distance to mckenzie beach. Most of the days, we went to ayia napa (45 minutes drive). The room had everything we needed and excellent price - real value for money. We had an issue with regards to the conditions of the reservation upon arrival which was the responsibility of Hotels.com and very frustrating. Hotels.com confirmed on the phone several conditions of the room that were not actually included in the price, hotels.com didn't properly check and that was a pain... However, the hotel owner completely understood the situation and gave us what we needed to make our stay perfect!

Nice family run apartments. Has all you could need ... a pool, food and close to the beach. Many people we met have been multiple times and we would go again. Only down side is too much chlorine in the pool turns white swimwear yellow. Some apartments have stairs (no lift) to reach and there is no porter service (the norm I think for such apartment's) which is not an issue if you are young and fit.

Very cozy place for a getaway.
The hotel is located 5 min walk from the sea shore and 10 min walk from the lake. They say there are flamingos on the lake, i didnt have a chance to see them. A very cozy and clean studios (about 20 in total) with all you need including dishes, cutting board, toaster, microwave oven, refrigerator. Be sure to bring your own tea/coffee as well as shampoo and electricity adapter if needed. The hotel supplies towels. There is a nice and very clean swimming pool which is opened 7am - 7pm, a billiard and a bar. You will find plenty of restaurants and cafes on the beach.And there are many convenience stores around, you can easily get all you need to cook your own meal. If you look for a quiet vacation, be aware of the parties on the beach, they are on Fridays' and Saturdays' nights. Amazingly helpful and friendly stuff. I've spent 3 nights in Sea and Lake and would definitely love to go back there. Even though the hotel is near the airport, the noise of planes are not too disturbing, you get used to it in a day. The hotel is not in the city of Larnaca, you'l have to ride 5 min by a car, about 10 min bicycle ride or half an hour walk by the sea to get to the down town Larnaca. Don't miss the most popular shopping street - Zinonos Kitieos street. There is a Debenhams store on Kyprianou street as well. The promenade is full of small stores and people each evening.

Nice Apartments with friendly atmosphere
On arriving quite late at Larnaca Airport (10pm), I loved the fact that you can catch a bus to these apartments for 1.5 euros. Transfers were being quoted at around 15 euros! On arrival was shown to my room which was on the top floor in the new block (via lift). Sea 'n' Lake View had just that, with a view of the Salt Lake, sea and pool, from my apartment. The pool bar area had a pool table, satellite television and served very reasonably priced food and drinks any time of the day. Wifi in all areas of the complex was excellent. A five minute walk down the road a couple of small mini markets sell most things you might need. The walk to Larnaca town along the newly updated promenade was nice, but also enjoyed walking through the ‘turkish’ area if it was too hot on the sea front. The bus to Larnaca town was only 1.5 euros for each journey or a day ticket can be purchased for 5 euros. The Larnaca bus service was excellent and most of the drivers spoke good english. Dora, her family and all the staff work very hard to provide an excellent holiday venue which I would recommend to anyone. Overall a lovely holiday - thank you everyone.

Lovely friendly staff and the reception, bar and pool area lovely clean and tidy. Room was basic and the kitchen area in need of an update it also had ants, however bathroom looked newly refurbished. Bedroom had air conditioning which was great as it was needed. The room had own mop and brush and it was left to me to clean the floors and bathroom was only cleaned by me. Bins seemed to be changed daily. 1st week towels were changed after 5 days but there after every other day and the bed linen not changed for the two weeks (I know this as I made the beds each day). For the money it was an ok place to stay (you get what you pay for) but very disappointed with the cleaning and change of linen in the rooms. The walk into Larnaca took us about 25 mins (ok as long as the sun is not out, in the sunshine it was a very hot and sweaty walk), Makenzie beach was about 5 mins away. Overall we had a fab holiday and didn't let the little things get us down. If we were to go back to Larnaca we would not return to the Sea and Lake as we would like to be more central.
The Sea N Lake View Hotel Apartments are self catering hotel apartments; in this category, linens are changed twice per week unless guest requests otherwise, with basic room service.

For price you pay you get a reasonable apartment. Only 2 things that annoyed me even at that price: water pressure was problem and I was told to go to roof and reset a trip switch when it does (I had to do that at least once per day) also although ad said air conditioned rooms I was told that applies only to bedroom and not living room - had to pay extra 7 eu per day for that. Doesn't have tv in room but has good wifi connection.

Заказывали этот отель из-за близости к морю, озеру и аэропорту. На озере красиво в то время, когда прилетают фламинго. Море близко, но идти надо через стройки или пустыри. Есть три места для парковки авто. Хозяйка вначале пытается поселить в корпус напротив стройки. Проявите настойчивость, и тогда вас поселят в более удобный номер. Завтраки очень скудные.

Hotellin ravintola on kehno, virvokkeita altaalle saa. Hyviä ravintoloita löytyy läheiseltä rannalta. Uima-allas on melko pieni, mutta hyvin siinä sopi niin lapset kuin aikuiset polskimaan. Kokonaisuutena hotelli oli toimiva ja hinta huokea.

Excellent price/quality ratio
You can feel if the people working in a place care about the place and their customers. The staff at this hotel cares. It's located a bit away from the centre, 20-30 minutes of walking, in a uninteresting neighbourhood, but only 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and the nice promenade and restaurants south of the city centre. The room was quite big, had a kitchenette (with limited utensils), dining table, clean, no smells, everything worked and was OK, including wifi. Didn't try the TV. Aircon somewhat noisy. It's well maintained, a bit old-school and not fancy, but as I said - you can feel they take pride in doing things right, the service was friendly, attentive and professional. There is a bar with beer, drinks, snacks, small things for eating and plenty of TV screens with sports channels and more. Swimming pool. Did not have breakfast. A lot of stairs to the rooms. Would come back.
